I want to apply the windows hotfix for my 8350 and I followed this guy's video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bY4ZnKmAmcw but at 4:17 it says this update is "not applicable to your computer". I have win7. Any idea what the problemo is?
Install this one first - Windows6.1-KB2645594-x64 - Then restart.

Then do I do the 2nd patch in the video? The one he doesn't use as an example.

Your welcome, I wasn't sure what the issue was. But i just got done installing them that exact same way a couple of hours ago because i forgot to install them after i did a clean install of windows 7 a few days ago.
Well, hopefully your post will help more people :)
windows 8 fixes more than those 2 hotfixes. I still had throttling problems with the fixes on windows 7, idk why though.
