ok i am getting i5 (3rd gen ) for lower price then fx 8350 !

and
i5 3750k for 196.95 $
so which one would u take

I say that for now you should get a cheaper quad core (such as the AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE) from a website like Amazon or Ebay. That will open up another $100 to buy a better GPU, because the 650 or the 650 Ti will not be able to handle newer games like Crisis 3. A build like this will be plenty for gaming unless you're doing some heavy video work. BTW I would reccomend a HIS Radeon HD 7850 for the GPU. And I'm pretty sure Amazon ships to India.
That's a great price for the 3570K honestly, and as far as CPU's go, it is a great model. I have one myself and it does exceptionally well. If you were to go intel, I'm not quite sure what your pricerange is, and if having an SSD matters much to you so I can't really put something together. Shoot a price point at me and I'll put something together.
