FX-4100 Bottleneck a GTX 660ti?

I was thinking about purchasing a GTX 660ti for my PC, it has a AMD FX-4100 and 8 GB of DDR3 RAM 1600 Mhz. I was just wondering if my performance would lack because of the somewhat weak CPU? If it does bottleneck, what CPU should I upgrade too? (Under 250$)
