So I'm going to come into a bit of spare cash soon, and I'm thinking of using it to build a semi-new PC in the super ITX form factor on the scale of a NUC.
So here's the new Hardware I'm considering getting, might add in an SSD as well later on after I sell my existing hardware, there should be room in the case anyways.

And some links, the case isn't much bigger than an ITX board, and comes with a 120W which almost looks like it's a flex ATX PSU, though I don't know if it's 80 plus so this all might be for not, reviews look good though.

And then the motherboard which I believe MSI just released, I'm mainly picking it over the Asrock ITX board that's popular due to the location of the RAM slots, since I think I'd have less issues with heat sinks later on correct?

plus OC genie is neat.
The ASrock option

I will be reusing my 8gbs of 2133mhz RAM, and a 2.5" 250gb drive I have lying around until I add in that SSD maybe, I've used a few SSDs and I think I'd rather just have more storage for the same price, unless that WD Black2 combo drive drops to $100 again.
SO, after all that rambling, does anyone know of a more reputable kind of super ITX solution? This one has decent reviews, but I run my PC nearly 24/7. Or any other suggestions? Thanks.
Although I might just forget all this and get a HAF XB case, if only they'd come out with a micro ATX version.
My current PC is a 5800K and a 7850 GPU, so performance wise the CPU might be a bit faster but my graphics would tank, though I'm willing to accept that for the size of the new rig.
I don't want a normal ITX rig, because If I'm going ITX, I'm going full ITX.
