Fusion IO Duo (IBM) Windows 10 Setup

I just picked up a Fusion IO Duo 1.2TB (IBM version) on Ebay for cheap, just wondering if anyone here has any experience setting these up in a Windows 10 Desktop environment.
I understand I need to increase the PCI-E voltage from 25W to 75W to take advantage of full performance and I need to update to the latest firmware for the drive but are there any other quirk I need to be aware of setting this up in a PC.
It is not going to be a boot drive but more like a tiered storage device, stuff I cant fit on my 512GB NVME boot drive will go on the Fusion IO.
I am familiar with Enterprise grade hardware I have two rack servers I built and maintain at home just wondering if theres anything I need to know before I put this in my main rig.

PCI-e voltage is 12V, PCI-e power is 75W
