Fullscreen not working with SLI GTX 770s

My Current Rig:
AMD fx8350(running at 4.5 GHz at 1.375 V)
Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0
8GB 1600 MHz Corsair Vengence and 8GB 1600 MHz Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer
Asus Geforce GTX 770 2GB DC2 x2
256 GB Samsung 840 EVO
Corsair TX750M
1 TB WD Blue HDD x2
Corsair H100i with 2 Noctua NF-F12 in push

I can't use fullscreen mode on any of my games. I have been left to use windowed-borderless, but not all games support this like Dying Light. When I was using just one GTX 770 everything worked perfectly. I have heard of SLI bridge problems but I only have one bridge at the moment. I wouldn't mind so long as if every game supported windowed-borderless, but they don't.

What happens when you use fullscreen? Are you on a Proper monitor (CRT, laser projector) or a Liquid Crap Device?

If you have SLI bridge problems it usually shows as visual artifacts in 3d programs. Odd and flickering colours etc. It's hard to miss.

It displays in windowed mode at 1080p, which gets cut off at the bottom since the bar at the top of the window can't be moved up and out of the way. There aren't any strange artifacts or colors.
