So I am just going to use these three games:
Just Cause 2
GTA 5
League of Legends
My issue is will putting these games in fullscreen. League works fine, it goes into 1920x1080 fullscreen no problem everytime. GTA sort of does this. I wont let me put it into fullscreen 1920x1080 but will go into borderless windowed mode for some reason. Just cause 2 is another story. It wont let me put it in any sort of fullscreen and whenever I try to capture gameplay it shows the whole screen and the top of the window look horrible and the bottom of the game is cut off. Now some cropping could fix this and GTA is purely playable but I should be able to throw them into fullscreen and forget about it. Any ideas on this?

The above link is my build in case there is something wrong with how the card cooperates with other components or something and the monitor is a 1920x1080 ASUS 144Hz TN Panel. Please no comments on the GPU at that res, I have future plans.
