Friend in new zealand build for 600?

Okay a friend in new zealand wants a computer built that can play games like crysis 2, bf3, gta 4, arma 2, etc on ultra settings.. He is being an asshole and annoying me about weather or not the parts I have picked for him is good so everyone give your input. He will be gaming on a 1366x768 monitor. He wants to buy everything in new zealand and his budget is 600 including shipping so if you pick new parts out they have to be inside of new zealand. Here are the parts I have picked out for him. Also KEEP IN MIND THE CURRENCY DIFFERENCE THIS IS 600 NZ DOLLARS

He wants to be able to play any game at 1366x728 for less than 600 nz dollars on highest settings with 1 monitor.

Make a pcpartpiker list

Case with PSU = you don't care if your pc burns down. If you have a bit more money left, i would get the cx 430/cx500 or something like that and a cheap ass case.

cpu: why not get the fx4300?

mobo:  http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3833#sp this one is cheaper and ok for that cpu and gpu if you want to save some money for the gpu/case/psu

ram: ok

gpu; could be better but in price range is nice. maybe if you can grab the 7850 1gb ( the cheaper you can get )

hdd: ok

I also recomend a DVD-RW. This is if your friend uses dvds cds etc.

This is what I can say
