Freesync monitor if you have Nvidia Hardware?

So a lot of the less expensive 1440p IPS higher refresh rate, lower input lag monitors on the market right now are Freesync, I really want to buy a new monitor and a low latency 1440p IPS monitor is my ideal match but if I'm using Nvidia hardware is it worth investing in one of those monitors if they support Freesync instead of G-Sync? some of the low motion blur settings can't be used with freesync on anyways, so I feel like maybe it's not a total loss to lose out on the freesync if I'm still gaining the other benefits of 1440p, lower input lag, higher refresh rates and motion blur reduction etc etc. community thoughts?

Specifically I've been looking at the LG 34UM67 34" ultrawide, the Benq GW2765HT, the Dell U2715H and the ASUS PB278Q

Nope. lol the monitor will work with the card. but the variable refresh-rate won't. cause Nvidia doesn't want to make drivers for the "Enemy" (AMD)

No I understand that I won't get any benefit of the Freesync using Nvidia but is it worth buying it for all the other features I mentioned to save on cost?

it's definitely not worth it. the selling feature of Free-sync based monitors is the adaptive-sync. you could probably get low motion blur on other gaming monitors. but to buy a free-sync monitor and not use it is a waste of money. it's exactly the same as trying to buy a G-Sync monitor, when you have AMD hardware. Why would you buy it if you wouldn't be able to use it's best features.

Dosent make much differnce all new monitors will eventually support free freesync as DisplayPort 1.2a is a new DisplayPort standard.

that's fine. but like i said. That doesnt mean Nvidia will make drivers for it. Which they clearly said they wont. But only time will tell.

@Kat sad thing is that they wouldn't have to make them for the enemy. It isn't even an AMD thing it is an open standard...
