FREENAS. What to do with unused CPU horsepower?

I have a FreeNAS server with 48GB of DDR3 and 2 Xeon X5570's (Twin socket).

The highest I have ever seen CPU usage is around 4%. Is there anything I can do to better utilize the extra horsepower?

I don't know if its possible, but Foldaung at Home would be useful. Not sure if it works on FreeNAS though. I don't really do any NAS stuff.

Actually, the latest FreeNAS (9.3) can support a Virtual Box Jail, so you could just setup a VM to run Folding within.
