But it just runs plex and backups so I set it and forget it.

Wait a few weeks. I have a how-to I’m working on to augment unraid with zfs. It’s glorious so far.
We’ve got frickin’ sharks with lasers … err samba accessible zfs snapshots

unraid has a zfs plugin afair, check out the “community tools” plugin, that’ll open a whole world of stuff right to your UI
