Free/cheap web hosting like linode?

Hi level1techs.
I’d like to set up a website, maybe just a blog for I don’t know book reviews or something. Is there a cheap or free web hosting service like linode? Or is linode still the best?

I’ve had good experience with linode, and have been using it for years at this point. Might not be the cheapest, but the quality is on par with Amazon and Google, if not better.
