Any fans of Frank Ocean here? I'm about to listen to it myself but I'm curious what do you think of this album?
Yeah I think it's pretty good
Anthony is pretty good at reviewing, I don't agree with him entirely on some things. Like Death grips for instance; I just don't like them, and Arctic Monkey's AM. But I agree with his opinions on Kendrick, and Tame Impala's records.
It's definitely an experimental sounding album, it doesn't get interesting until middle and near the end of the album. It's something I'd have to listen to over again to fully grasp it, unlike his Channel Orange which I was under the influence of marijuana so it was a religious experience almost especially on some tracks like Bad Religion or Forest Gump.
Oh for sure its experimenting with things, but I've welcomed listening to it over and over again.
OP in regards to Frank Ocean I have never heard of him.
