It looks like a VCR. But it will be useful in many different scenario.

It looks like they took a lot of internal layout queues from the Silverstone RVZ01, though I guess there's not much different you can do if you're making a small ITX case that can fit a full sized graphics card and keep it slim like that. I like how Fractal adds a dust filter to the PSU vents as Silverstone doesn't, but the fact that there's no actual fans on the Node 202 to actively bring in cool air is a negative to me. With the filters, the CPU fan needs to be strong enough to bring air through it, and without the filter it will get really dusty really quick I can imagine. Also doesn't seem to be any way to do an AiO watercooler in the 202 while you can at least do a Corsair H50 in the RVZ01.

I want someone to make a case like this. or at least improve on it. Silverstone has the right idea making cases that have a 90 degree motherboard orientation.

I was really close to getting that one for my HTPC build, but ended up going with the FTZ01 (Fortress variant of the RVZ01). The longer video card support and the ability to either sit on a shelf in my home theater or sit next to it vertically were the deciding factors for me. Plus if it's on a shelf it's much easier to deal with hiding cables.

@wendell I'm very excited about this case! Finally a competitor to the Silverstone Raven.

There is a version of the Node 202 that is supposed to ship with a 450 watt PSU. I understand this can run a lot but the appeal of these cases for me is the ribbon to fit the full sized GPU and I'm thinking the 450 PSU won't cut it for near top of the line GPUs. Thoughts? More importantly a case review?!?!

How much would this case cost approx.? It's very close to being my next case. No HDD support makes me sad, but I do understand that SSD's are the future. It's just HDD's are so inexpensive now, and to get this case that can only handle 2 SSD slots, it could get expensive if you have a large gaming library, among other applications. Still one of my top cases with its sleek look and overall design. I wish the Fractal Design logo would take a hike to the back of the case though lol.

I think, i want something like this!
