Fractal Define R4 Optimal Cooling

Hi, I plan on cooling my i7 4770k with an NH-D14, inside a Fractal Design Define R4. I plan on adding a third fan on said NH-D14, as well as rotating the whole unit so that the hot air is exhausted out of the top. Is this practical? Will there be any issues with the Define R4 and the fans having enough room? I will not be adding any graphics card to this system so below will not be an issue, I also have Low Profile RAM ready to be in the system as well.

Here is the configuration I came up with: (Red = Fans & Air Flow & Blue = No Fans and/or Sound Proofing & White = CPU Fan Orientation)

Another one that I would like an opinion on:

the bottom in my opinion would be better. if you're not using a radiator (which you aren't) then you really want to keep those top 140's closed off with the noise dampeners. otherwise your 'Silent' case won't be so 'Silent' anymore. plus you get dedicated airflow toward your gpu, and plenty of air moving throughout the rest of the case.

i say the noise comment as i'm currently using a define r4 with an h100 cooler. it's not really silent anymore...
