After updating AMD Catalyst to version 15.7, my FPS in Overwatch dropped from 26 FPS to around 16. I am using a Radeon 5450 and an Athlon X2 220. Help would be appreciated.

Roll back the update. Get what ever drivers you were using and DDU (display driver uninstaller) the current ones, then reinstall the older better ones. I am guessing 14.2 or 14.4.

Oh wait before I do the thing, do you think the fps dropping could be that Plays.tv has decided to install itself and record whenever I play?
Always worth a look before doing anything else.
That and raptr being auto installed was the problem, thank you anyways!

Bloatware really blows. And not in the good way.

When installing anything always choose the Custom Install rather than Express and keep a look out for double speak and odd choices that make yes seem like no and vice-versa. Lots of installers will just randomly install junk, custom will tell you what up and you can deselect these items.
