Foxconn ELA LGA 775 Intel P45 Motherboard?

I don't know much about Foxconn, but that board has all the features I want for much cheaper than similar boards. Â Is it a good/reliable motherboard? Â If it's not, recommendations? Â Budget is ~$150, but less is better.

I need...
Socket LGA775
1333 FSB
4x240 pin DDR2
1066 DDR2
1 PCIe 2.0 x16
1 PCIe x4/x8/x16
1 PCIe x1 that won't be covered by a dual slot graphics card
4 3.0GB/s SATA

I would like...
An additional PCIe x16
6 3.0GB/s SATA
RAID 0 onboard

Wanna know if its reliable just read the newegg reviews. They're like bascilly all 1's & 2's, just don't buy that board.
These are better choices

Yeah, the GIGABYTE EP45 UD3P was what I was originally going to go with, but then I found that other one for much cheaper...But with bad reviews I guess it's not worth it.

Now I'm looking at The Asus P5N72-T Premium. It's only $150 after MIR on newegg. Â The reviews on Newegg don't look too good, but I've heard good things about it and I trust ASUS...
