In my defence I know full well that there will not be any issues running the thing and I know exactly what I am getting myself into.. if its anything like the stick of truth then I know I will love it.
Outside of that, it is your money. Hopefully the game comes out great however if you complain the product is not to your satisfaction upon release, understand it is you are to blame for not waiting until reviews.
Pre-ordering is a bad practice but I will say that for certain games I could do it but lately I haven't. The reason being is that prices on video games lately have crashed pretty quick after launch. Also let me say that for single player games I would never pre-order. A single player game experience will always be there whereas a game that has MPer well the MPer aspect can get shutdown. I would say cancel the pre-order for this specific game.
It's OK, child. Just sing Ave Maria every night before bed for 2 weeks and you will be redeemed. Huge part of you being so easily forgiven is the fact it's not an EA game...
lolwut :3 he preordered a game, so that is one hug he will never get. Could have been a good hug, who knows - he will never know. He'll just have to wait for the next one to come around.
I don't have issue pre-ordering any game I absolutely know will be done well by the devs, i.e. Witcher series. I also preorder any game that I buy physical copies of which is very very rare now. Case in point I pre ordered Breath of the Wild the other day. The game prior to that I pre ordered was Halo 5.
