Flawless Laser Gaming Mouse Pad for $1

I recently decided to go out and source a mouse pad alternative since the new pad I wanted is constantly out of stock. I have demoed both a hard surface and cloth pro gamer pad due to the fact that I was getting jitter when using my pads and when using just the desk. Its a plastic cutting board I found at ocean state job lot. Its a little thicker then a piece of paper and I got 2 for a dollar. I noticed that the tracking was much more accurate and eliminated all the hiccups I was getting using my original pad. I also preferred this over the other pro pads I tested based on the feel and performance. Give it a try you won't be disappointed. I have only tested these the pads described with the G500 logitech gaming mouse it is laser. The new Pad solution is 15"H x 12"H. Enjoy!

Hey.  Whatever works for ya.

That's what you get for using laser mice.

Optical ones just work on anything.

How is that wearing against the feet of the mouse?

I've been using laser mice exclusively since 2006, and I've never had a problem with them.  They even work on the bare wood of my desk.

When I was living in a dorm last year I used a piece of paper as my pad for a few months. Worked fine until somebody spilled something on it.

its a smooth surface there is no wearing. I have never experienced any foot issues with any of my mice is this a common issue?

@ Dis - Your on the wrong forum with that attitude go back to Tom's Hardware.

I was curious how smooth it was. Ya i have worn some feet down on surfaces that i thought where smooth. Particle board desktops being one of them.

I have this uber low friction tape I use for making jigs for woodworking, wonder if it would refoot a mouse?

I imagine you would have to do all the feet just to keep it even. I have to try that out.

sounds like your on to something.
