First time water cooling need help with GPU water block installation

hello this is my first time water cooling and Im using a GTX 970 galax and putting a water block on it I took the cooler off now I need to take the VRM heatsink off.I have pics. but i don't know how to take these little black screws or something off. I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how to get them off so I can put my water block on it.
