The prices are certainly on par with what Id pay here in Australia. As for value for money depends very much on what you intend to use it for - gaming etc. Plus what resolution monitor/s are you intending to feed?
If its purely for gaming you could get by with cheaper parts - a build with a 8350 so forth.
Just out of interest why no hdds or ssds in the build you linked?
