First Time Ever Building a PC

Hi, I am completly new to building PC's and have never built one, however I am starting to get into PC gaming and realize that my current computer just does not have the power I need to play games. I have about a 500 dollar buget but dont want to just buy something then not know how to put it together. Do you think that if I followed the new build a PC for 350 dollars I could buy the parts and assemble it without it being to difficult? Or is there any way to just buy gaming computers already assembled? Any help would be appreciated thanks :)
