First time building a pc hope you could help me

as you may notice english is not my first language, sorry for the typing errors

first of all i need to know if this motherboard is worth it to build on

(i dont know if my motherboard is the rev 1.4 or 1.3)

im planing on spend

2500+-pesos on GPU  (191 dolar)

1500+-pesos on CPU  (114 dolar)

and like 1200pesos on 8gb of RAM

on the PSU i dont know nothing so, i hope you could give me some advice

i already have all the peripherals

im interested first of al on play minecraft and League of legends, but if there comes a nice FPS or something like that i want to have the posibility to play it
also i like a lot to edit and renderice vids.

im from mexico and the places that i think i trust more are

www.tunuevapc.com

www.pcdomino.com

pcel.com

and i have a friend that can buy the components at a very good price

since i dont have the money to buy all the parts on the same moment i will buy em separately
someone told me to start with the PCU cause my PC at the moments runs rlly rlly slow, even to see youtube vids or to surf on the web

by the moment i only have 2GB RAM and i have windows7 64bits

but im planing to buy the first part the one that im expecting to spend more money on new year

about overlocking i dont know enought to make a decition

im not interested on sli/crossfire but i rlly want to  have 2 monitors at the same time

actual resolution 1366x768 but after the first chance i will buy a much better monitor

and im upgrading cause i buyed the PC just cause i tought that the motherboard was good enought to start building my pc

thank you very much for your time.

i forgot to mention that im starting to think that what i need its a better CPU cause i just chcked on the gadgets and the "use of CPU" is nearly always at 100%, like i open google and it hits 100%

i dont know why the tex doesnt have spaces

someone can tell me why?

an fx6300 with an am3+ motherboard would be better and something like a gtx 660 or 7850 2gb would be good for your video card.  Then 8gb of ddr3 ram and you should have a solid computer

http://cl.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/cpu-support-popup.aspx?pid=4075

there is a list of the CPU that it supports, and looks like its only for Intel

for a gtx 660 i will need to save for a little more of time i hope its worth it

do you think that with that i will have someting to be pround of ?
