First time building a PC Help, tips and tricks needed!

Hello fellow pc gamers, I always wanted to create a gaming pc with some big power because all my other pc's that my parents bought me which I loved with all my heart never could achieve the low price point and power self build pc's could achieve. I have been looking at parts yet I want some advise if my choices are correct and I also need help finding a case. So I hope you can help me go through this build toghther (By the way I live in Europe so I use euros and order stuff of amazon.fr which is french though the products are about the same as in amazon.com)

List of Parts:

GPU:
MSI R9 280 GAMING 3G Carte Graphique ATI AMD Radeon R9 280 933 MHz 3072 Mo PCI-Express
CPU or in this case APU:
AMD FD8350FRHKBOX Processeur AMD 8350 FX Socket AM3+ 4 GHz AMD FX 125 W
Motherboard:Asus M5A97 R2.0 Carte mère ATX AMD Socket AM3
Cooler for the CPU:Cooler Master Blizzard T2 Ventilateur de processeur pour socket LGA 1156/1155/775/AMD FM1/AM3+/AM3
Ram: I already have 8gb of ddr3 so I don't need any but if you find some cheap 16 gb of ram let me know
SSD: SanDisk Plus Disque Flash SSD interne 2,5" 120 Go Noir (though if you can find something better let me know)
Hard drive: I have a 250gb hard drive (which I know is not a lot but I don't want to switch because I don't know how to transfer data but please tell me how and maybe recommend a better on I'll be grateful)
Software: I already have windows 8.1 but how then do I download it to a new pc if you know tell me
Case: I am thinking of getting cooler master's Asus N300 Boîtier PC Noir but if there is better let me know

So yeah here are my parts the new parts (not including SDD,better hard drive and case) cost about 477,26 euros which is about 500 to 550 dollars. So you know how to install my software without cost do tell me and if you know a cheap and fast ssd, hard drive and case do tell me

Many thanks

Everything looks good to me thats not a bad PC for the price. Having the OS ans SSD help.

What PSU are you going to use?

I really don't know what would you recommend

On gaming PC'S I wouldnt go below a 600w 80+ Bronze Cert PSU. Something like this

http://www.amazon.fr/gp/aw/d/B009D79Z9I/ref=s9_zgift_hm_bT7e3j_g147_i13

You should be able to find a good deal on one you probably just need to look around a bit.

Hope this helps

That is a good price on the ssd but i would spring for a 240 gb instead. ssd slow down as the fill up.

I would install the os and any high end games on the boot drive and use your other hdd for other programs and file storage.

If you have windows on another pc it is not really transferable. Either way you need an install disk or usb and the key, or buy a new key. Someone on here sells windows keys for real cheap. I think he can point you to a place to download the install disk too.

Im going to probably take the first linked sapphire and I will see how much 240gb ssd costs and do you know about how to get some cheap amazon gift cards because this build is for my birthday which is the 4 of september
