First time builder, please check my list

Hey guys, this is my first post and first build, so I could use any help that you can give me. Here is my tentative list so far:

-NZXT Phantom 410 mid tower computer case

-Western Digital VelociRaptor 300GB hard drive

-Corsair Builder series 430W 80 plus bronze certified power supply

-Crucial Ballistix 8GB (2x4 GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1866 RAM

-AMD A10-5800K Trinity 3.8GHz Quad-Core APU

-Gigabyte GA-F2A55M-HD2 AMD A55 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

It comes to a total of $435 on newegg, and I don't really want to go higher in price, please tell me of any changes or recomendations you have, or if any of my parts are incompatable. Thanks.

why do you have a micro atx board ?

You should get an ASRock FM2A75 Pro4-M for the mobo and a cheaper hard drive with an SSD. Velociraptors aren't worth it. I don't think you should get a case that expensive unless you plan on upgrading the entire system but the case in the future. Try the Fractal Design Core 1000.

Get somthing like the asrock fm2a75 pro4

AsRock FM2A75 PRO4 Motherboard

dam adri you beat me to it xD

I had a traditional 1tb WD drive before, but the velicoraptor drive is half-off on newegg and a little cheaper than the other drive, and i havnt found any ssds that are especially low-cost.

The mobo right now is packaged with the APU on newegg for a low price, is there any reason why I shouldnt keep it?

It's alright if it has all the features you need, but don't expect to overclock well with it.

Thanks, im looking at the ASRock right now and I think ill buy it, it just adds $40 over the bundle
