First Time builder. Need some advice please

I am building my first pc. It's mainly intended for music production. I was on a strict budget. Just wondering if anyone had some good advice for putting together and installing OS and what not. A couple questions I have as well.. I want Windows 10, can't decide between 64 bit home, or 64 bit pro. Any suggestions? Do I need an antistatic mat and or wrist strap?

Parts list I have in hand:
Motherboard: MSI 970 gaming
RAM: G SKILL rip jaws 8gb
CASE: Cooler master HAF X
CPU COOLER: Cooler master 212 Evo
OPTICAL DRIVE: ASUS DRW-24B1ST
VIDEO CARD: MSI Radeon HD-6450
PSU: CORSAIR HX750i

An anti static mat and wrist strap helps its just an extra safety percotion. You should build this on a large wooden table and don't build on anti static bags or the carpet. When it comes to choosing between windows 10 home or pro you could give this a look.

Also in your parts list you forgot to list your CPU.
