First Time builder looking for advice on rig, about 700-800€

Hey guys,
so I've never build a computer before.

The system should be in a 700-800€ price range, but I do not really know which parts work well with each other and I'm unsure about how strong my power supply has to be.

I'm living in Germany, so if you want to post any links about pieces/offers make sure they are available in Germany.

I'd like to include a GTX 970 and have found two offers which I think are pretty good:

https://www.caseking.de/evga-geforce-gtx-970-ssc-acx-2.0-4096-mb-gddr5-gcev-204.html

As I said, i dont know a lot how to pick my other parts for the rig, so any help is appreciated.

Do you want to wait for Zen (early 2017)? Either Zen works really good for your build, or Intel prices drop. You win no matter what^^

In terms of RAM I think 8GB should suffice imho (although more is always better). Try to pick DDR3 if possible, since DDR4 is a little to expensive right now.

Do you really want to have a 970? I mean Nvidia fucked customers with this card and besides, there are better ones available.

970 isn't a good choice anymore with the 480 and 1060 around

Though I guess the 480 has some messed up pricing over there, if you can find an 8gb after market one on the cheap I'd stick to that over a 1060 for free-sync and DX12/Vulkan support in the future
