This will be my first time building a computer. I want to know if 4gb vs 2gb gtx 770 is actually worth the $60+ extra. For the monitor, 1ms is preferable. I think I might have seen one under the ASUS monitors in the PC Themes price list that has one for like $289.
I need help to maximize my build and I would like to know if its well balanced.
