I am saving up currently for all of these parts, ANY and ALL suggestions will be taken into consideration, please just write down what you think about the build all together, Thanks - Ali

Are you planning on gaming? If so what sort of games do you play and what's your budget for the complete build( including monitor, mouse etc)
I am planning on gaming, budget is under $3K, I play BF4 Crysis3, ArmA 3, DayZ, ...Yep.
Also planning on video editing with SVP

Is there anyway you can get a ethernet cable to your machine? Wired connections are so much easier.
Other than that I'd recommend a 800w+ PSU. With a 144hz monitor you're going to want to SLI that 780 at some point. And it's not much more expensive.
The Intel i7-4820K makes little sense. An i7-4790K can often beat it out, and LGA1150 mobos are often cheaper. Go with the 4930K if you want to go LGA2011.
A Hyper 212 performs about the same as a H60, at a much cheaper price.
Faster clocked RAM aids in video rendering.
4TB drives have terrible failure rates. Go 2x2TB in raid 0
If your programs can utilize OpenCL, the R9 290 will be a very nice performer. It performs great in games, and has a large 4GB frame buffer if you want to video edit.

Onboard sound is actually good. Get an external DAC if you want to have even better sound. It would be much better than to get a soundcard.

Leon: The motherboard has inset ethernet
TechNoob: Keeping the H60 Seeing as how it would have to alter my entire build, also... about the 4820k, why is it pointless? seeing as it can be OC'ed to 4.4 GHz
Updated build.

defiantly don't get a 4tb hard drive. if you need that much space get 2 2tb drive and put it in raid 0-It will save you some money/ perform better/ and will be more reliable because the failure rates for 4tb are off the chart terrible.
That said if you can afford to get an SSD and if anything throw your operating system on it.
Edit: saw you changed the build-get the ssd and drop the sound card, you really dont need it
Samer: Okay, Im not sure what to do about sound then... I dont really understand not needing a sound card.
Added 128GB Crucial SSD

4820K uses Ivy Bridge architecture. Compared to haswell, overclocking should be easier because it runs cooler. However, the 4820K vs the 3770K/4770k/4790k performance different is very, very small. If you wanted to overclock, the 4790K would be a much better price-performance ratio since the motherboard does not have to be as expensive.
Also, the H60 has about the same performance as a much cheaper air cooler(Hyper 212 Evo). I do not recommend 120mm AIOs unless you are going for looks or are in a specific form factor. They are loud and expensive for the most part.
Pick up this one instead. Much cheaper for the same performance.

I also agree that 2x2TB in Raid 0 is a much better option than a single 4TB drive.
