There are different country links in PcPartPicker. In the top right hand side of the page, select the country that you'll be buying from and the currency and part availability will pop up.
The i5-4670k is a strong CPU, but without a dedicated graphics card it won't be able to run many games smoothly. At this budget, an AMD build with a weaker CPU but with a decent dedicated graphics card will perform much, much better at a lower price.
Since prices are often more expensive in places other than the US, I went easy on the budget.
I went with a smaller case, as a full size case isn't needed. Full size cases are BIG.
A smaller power supply will work just fine, unless you want to add another graphics card in the future.

The 8 cores will help a lot in future games and rendering. Single core performance is not that far behind Intel's i5. I added a budget CPU cooler that performs relatively well, so you can overclock it as well.
I had to lower the SSD capacity to 128GB. If you want more capacity, you could probably remove the 1TB drive and up the SSD capacity.
the country i live in isnt available there on pcpartpicker
I know i wont be able to run slot of games with only the gpu in the i5-4670k, but its almost holiday so i can work and ad an better gpu like the r9 270x, and i just loved the phantom case and have the room for it. And about room i want to get the 250 GB and have an old 500 gig drive laying around. But i maby go with that ram
i searced on your build but its way more expensive then the intel version i choose because some parts aren't avaible in my country. and the corsair ram was actualy the cheapest i could find. but yeah if i would put a graphics card in the intel build it would cost the same but i dont have that much money on the moment, so would it be a better idea to pick the intel build and ad a gpu later so i can buy the build next week and finaly have a better pc then my cheap laptop?
That can work. I have personally done the same thing with my rig; I purchased everything except my GPU. I play source engine games, which are easy to run on my i5-3570k. A month later, I picked up an HD 7950.
