I don't know about your Cooler as I have never heard of it, for that price range you might want to consider a water cooling option, such as a H80 or H100 or just get a xigmatek Dark knight with your build. At about $40, the dark knight, your not going to to get much better better performance from air cooling. At the price point for a graphics card I would get a 7870xt, a 7950, or if you could wing a bit higher by about $50+, a 7970 for maximum game performance! Unless you are using the CUDA in the Nvidia card for serious Rendering, Movie Editing, or 3D modeling, etc. gaming wise AMD is your best bet for price to performance. Now for RAM thank you for choosing 2 sticks and not 2, but that said you should go with 1866 mhz or better, because it will bring up your performance and because your making a $1500 system. And now i present you with a build that I made for under $1500 and a rig that will run circles around your previous build gaming wise for $1424.28. the next thing I would recommend upgrading is maybe get a 250GB SSD instead of the 128GB for all your programs and games or get 16GB of RAM instead, if you do want to spend more than what I have presented to you. I did change your thermal paste into something that I like more and trust more but that is an opinion. if you have any questions, please ask.
