Money isn't too much of an issue so I don't mind how expensive it is, I'm more worried about compatability etc.

You're good to go, only thing I moght say is that a 2TB Seagate isn't that much more expencive, so might chose that one instead. But everything is compatible and no bottlenecking
Vortex, I meant that I wasn't looking for input on cheaper parts so no need to suggest any, I have a bit of a budget in terms of I don't want to spend more than about £1,200-£1,300.
For the motherboard, its the Same price and is a excellent board. Maybe try this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293 Its really good for overclocking (very simple too.) Its actually the one I'm using myself with the same processor and its awesome.
