You may need a bios update to use that chip on that mobo only the first Bulldozer chips are supported out of the box

The only improvements I could seem to make was on the RAM and Hard drive and motherboard but it costs a little more. I would also advise you get an aftermarket cooler too if it can still fit in your budget.
