Hey guys building a pc for the first time to replace my shifty laptop, and id like some advice on it all. I'm buying from the us then sending it to Australia to save money. Friend from the us will be sending it to me.
I'm trying to keep it as cheap as possible but also somewhat good in quality.
it'll be mainly used for gaming.
Here is what I'm thinking of. So far

Made some small changes.
At this price, you might consider going for an iTX Intel build with a pent and then upgrading that later. You'll have a pretty solid machine if you were to do that.

Import tax only comes in if the product is valued at over 1000, thanks helping I like your idea and might end up using it
6600 is pointless if you have dedicated GPU. You can go for 760K and save some money. Those money spend on better SSD, like SP900, which is much faster, and not much more expensive, and decent air cooler, something like Noctua NH-U12S, that is quieter and performs better. Good air cooler is always better choice than low end small water cooler. Especially if you are aiming at overclocking. Otherwise go for Noctua NH-L9a - small and silent.

Much better performance. Larger storage both with a SSD and HDD. Similar size case. The seidon 120V is a bit on the noisy side(I have had 2 units). I would recommend the Hyper 212 over it.
If you need WiFi, pick this up: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/tp-link-wireless-network-card-tlwn881nd
I have found integrated WiFi to be really sketchy, especially on MSI boards.
