First PC build options

Hey, so I'm planning on building my first PC in a month or so.

I have a budget around 650-700EUR or 880-900USD.

What do you guys think, anything I could swap out for something else, something isn't really a quality item, etc?

Well, I'm from Estonia, and PCPP doesn't support Estonia. I probably won't be getting a SSD, and I'm going Windows.

The prices are very different here in europe than in USA so using $ as a currency doesn't give you very realistic view :/
