I need a keyboard and a headset because the ips monitor doesnt have speakers.

if you have suggestions please include the IPS Monitor, Keyboard And Headset

I Live in the US and have a budget of $800-$950

Here, I modified one of my parts lists to up-the-anty on your build. Be warned, there are a few parts that are cheaper but I upped the hardware on it. You could put a Hyper 212 Evo Cooler on there but I would upgrade the PSU just to be one the safe side with that. I hope you enjoy this amped-up build!
