Hello everyone! I'm a long time console gamer and now going to build a budget gaming/general web surfing pc. I will be playing older games (2013 and older) on this pc, since I have a ps4. For budget reason I think the AMD apu is the way to go. I have already purchased several parts and just looking for some advice on the build and maybe something I overlooked that would be better...
I have purchased a few parts to get the build started:
Rosewill FBM-01 case
Corsair cx430 ps
LG dvd reader/writer
Seagate Barracuda 1tb hdd
Now for the parts that I am considering:
MSI a88xm gaming micro atx mb
AMD a10 5800k apu
Aftermarket heatsink of some kind????
And maybe somebody can point me in the right direction for ram? I will probably have to get some low profile ram since my case is small and the aftermarket heatsink will most likely be bigger...

well I would recommend GIGABYTE GA-F2A88XM-D3H it is $40 cheaper then the MSI a88xm and you can use that extra money to get a a10 6800k and if you could spend $30 dollars more by not geting a heatsink which is not super necessary i would get a a10 7850k and you could always get the heat sink later if you really want it. for the ram, i would recommend high speed ram because the ram speed makes a difference with APUs so I would recommend G.SKILL Ripjaws X 2133mhz ram. here is the link to all the product i recommended.

Thanks for the advice! How does the 6800k and 7850k perform as far as overall computer applications? Like I previously mentioned I'll be doing quite a bit of web surfing and media downloading. I want a good overall computer that I can play older less demanding games on.
Also is the ripjaw ddr3 shorter than the corsair vengence ram? Because I know the the heat displacement on the vengence sets too high for my case...
budget is around $250 for motherboard, apu, and ram. I already have case, ps, hdd, and optical drive...
What do you guys think of this setup?
