First PC Build, Need a Complete Setup

something that will equal out to $1300 or less when its all purchased from newegg NOT INCLUDING DISCOUNTS(because face it, discounts disapear.) now i know what you're thinking, "$1300? that's easy!" and i'm gonna be the first to tell you, it aint! Why? because i'm talking build a WHOLE gaming setup. what does that entail?

1. Cpu

2. Mobo

3. Ram

4. Gfx Card

5. Storage Drive

6. Disc Drive

7. Sound Card(if applicable/nessasary/in budget)

8. Psu

9. Case

10. O.S.

11. monitor

12. keyboard

13. mouse

14. speakers

15. other/misc

ok now on to it, the things i've already chosen.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/A6fj

other things i prefer.

CPU. Intel, for upgradeability

GPU. no preferance(but something with a good warrentee, lifetime is AWESOME)

Mobo. must have 4 sata 2 ports on it, 2 sata 3 ports on it, USB 3.0, 4 ram slots, and 2 PCI-e X16 slots that run at X16 when both filled(basically has to be crossfire and/or SLI ready for at least 2 cards) plus other pci and pci-e(micro?) connections for stuff like network cards, sound cards, raid cards etc.(not that i will put those, it's just nice that they be there just incase)

Sound Card. quality 24bit 192khz 7.1 card

PSU. 550watt or higher 80+ bronze at least, modular or semi modular from a good high quality company(550 watt even if it dont need that much so i can live in peace with having a GFX card in it that might say "500W minimum PSU" or "550W minimum PSU" without fear of blowing it up.)

Case. good overall airflow, front usb 3.0, and at least 2-3 120mm-140mm fans with at least 1 space to mount a 200+mm fan, has to be able to hold at least 4 storage drives inside, preferably 6, and be able to hold at least 2 disc drives

Monitor. at least 20 inch, 1920X1080 resolution, 16:9 aspect ratio, 5ms response time or lower monitor, other things like 120hz refresh rate, and LED backlight are not nessesary, but very much welcomed( especially the 120hz refresh, after-all it is a GAMING pc.)

MousePad. something at least 9 inch X 9 inch with good quality for a high sens gamer that uses claw and/or fingertip grip and moves from the wrist, with a balanced smoothness to resistance/feedback ratio(a little more smoothness but still some feedback, maybe [smoothness 60-70%]|[feedback 40-30%])

Speakers. quality 2.1 speakers, 5.1 or 7.1 ONLY IF IN BUDGET but don't skimp on quality(not expecting BOSE, but also not expecting DIY homade either :D)

Gaming Headset. (over ear headphones with a mic boom thingy on side) again something quality but only if in budget, surround sound is cool.

Goal: to play modern games on medium or so settings with a stable 30FPS under intense situations with spiked drops going no further below 30 than 25FPS (so like spike down to 25FPS minimum under pushing it to the max type stuff) without having to upgrade for AT LEAST the next 1-2 years.

summary: keep it cheap while still retaining good quality, don't want it to burn out from me looking at it, but i don't want it to cost an arm and a leg either, remember, all this should be around or under $1300 shipped, not including dicounts(full normal price)because either way, im gonna have to buy the parts as little as 1-at-a-time once every 1 or 2 months depending on the price of an individual part.

this build?

modified Dell XPS-420

stock. intel core 2 quad 2.4ghz

mod. 4GB ddr2 800mhz ram+stock 2GB ddr2 667mhz ram(only way i could get the 4gb to work) 6GB total

mod. nvidia GT430 2gb

stock. 320GB hard drive, 400watt PSU, case, monitor, keyboard, and mouse

you should replace the 2gb ddr2 667 4gb ddr2 800mhz or if you can  2 sets of http://www.amazon.com/G-SKILL-Ripjaws-240-Pin-Desktop-F3-8500CL7D-8GBRL/dp/B002XG8ZEW/ref=sr_1_12?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1359404599&sr=1-12&keywords=2x4GB+DDR2+1066

a better gpu would help for gaming as well. you could look at a 7870 but be for we look at your upgrades we need to know what you can spend.
