I noticed that centrecom doesn't have much options regarding the CPU cooler and PSU, i'm not familiar with shops in the US/AU sice I live in The Netherlands.
If I were you i'd go with a 650 watt PSU from XFX, Midtower model case which supports a Corsair watercooler for your i5-3570K.

For Coolers- Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo (~$35), Xigmatek Dark Kight II (~$45), NZXT Havik 140 (~$60), Corsair H100i (~110). Just really depends on how far you want to OC.

Cases I like:  $60-80 range- Rosewill Challenger U3, NZXT Tempest 410 Elite, Corsair 300R.

~$100 range- Rosewill Blackhawk, Cooler Master HAF 922, NZXT Phantom 410, Corsair 400R

Over $100- Roseill Thor V2, NZXT Phantom, Cooler Master HAF XM, Fractal Design R4

PSUs-  Rosewill HIVE 750W, Corsair CX750M, NZXT Hale90 850, Thermaltake Black Widow 850, SeaSonic M12II 850... just look for something with 750W or more (preferably 850 with that 7970) with an active pfc, single +12v rail, and semi/full modular if you want

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I didn't want liquid/water cooling for my PC because of such high maintenance.

Thanks. I've taken some of your suggestions and picked the ones I liked out! Does anyone have suggestions or thoughts on this build?

Looks fantastic. CPU is great- I'd either go with the 3570k or 8350, can't go wrong with either.

Mobo is good- has practically all the features you'd want at the lowest price point.

HyperX 3K is awesome- can go with most anything there (samsung840, corsair forceGS, ADATA SX900, OCZ Vertex 4, Mushkin Enhanced Chronos, Crucial M4) just pick one on sale.

WD Black is great, so is the blue and seagate barracuda (Only two brands iv'e used and trust).

I LOVE G.Skill ram. You could opt for 1866MHz if its only a buck or two more, not that big of a deal though. If you were going for a really aggressive overclock faster ram helps- but with the extreme 4 and you not wanting liquid cooling, 1600MHz is fine.

The 7970 is super powerful at and yet a great price at the same time. I would try to find a model that had better cooling- gigabyte has the windforce model, msi has the twin frozr stuff, HIS has IceQ, XFX has the DoubleD, Sapphire has DualX- find one at a good price and you wont have to worry about heat issues as much

With the Extreme4 I'd say go with either the Hyper212 or Xigmatek for the cooler, great prices and will net you a decent OC. (Note the Xigmatek has a white LED fan- pro/con up to you)

For the power supply I'd say go with the 850W SeaSonic. High quality and enough power to OC the cpu and gpu comfortably.

I'm a big fan of the Phantom 410 (seems like you either love it or hate it) but just pick one you like. Features to look for are CPU backplate cutouts, USB 3.0 with the MOBO HEADER- not the pass thru's, rubber grommets for cable management, tool-less drive bays, ample fans, and dust filters.

Your comp should rock. All you really have left is aesthetic choices

I've taken some ideas and suggestions from others and I've updated my list. I've updated my Graphics Card, PSU, Case and CPU Cooler and Optical Drives. Any more suggestions before I start buying? I'm also looking for suggestions for a better case and PSU.

For the money...I don't think there's a better case out ther than the NZXT Tempest 410 Elite.  Great air flow, plenty of USB, the quick release front fans are awesome.  Also, I would recommend Mushking Redline (2x4GB) 1866Mhz RAM.  It's only 10 bucks more than the G Skill.  As far as everything else it looks pretty sweet!  I've always been an AMD guy mainly because of the price buy Intel makes awesom stuff.  I also have the ASUS VE247H and it's pretty sweet for a $180 monitor....and I have the same Kingston SSD.  Went with the XFX Radeon 7870 2GB Double D edition on Newegg for $220 and got a few free game downloads with it...it plays Planetside 2 on ultra at 70fps and stays under 80 degrees farenheit for hours so it definitely does what I need...hope my incoherent rambling helped.

Oh, and I got a Coolermaster GX 650W power supply on Tiger Direct for 60 bucks on a presidents day sale so keep an eye out for that!  Heck of a deal

Thanks guys for the suggestions! I think my build is done and I should start puchasing the parts, although I'll still consider any more thoughts and suggestions. :)
