First PC Build for Gaming And video editing!?!

I would appreciate if someone with more experience would give me some insight on this PC build I've been thinking about. I've done some research and have come up with this. Thanks
Parts
-Asus Z97-A ATX 2600 ddr3
-i7 4790k 4ghz(planning to OC to 4.3-4.4ghz)
-Gtx 980 asus strix OC
-Kingston HyperX Savage 2133 8gb(2 sticks to equal 16gbs)
-HyperX predator m.2 240gb PCIe ssd (boot drive)
-WD Blue 500gb 7200rpm (storage)
-Cooler Master Hyper D92
- 3 Corsair 120m fans
-PS ??

I idn't list a power supply because through using power supply calculators I've been recommended to get a variety of power supplies such as 350w and 750w so I'm a bit confused and would appreciate it if someone would recommend me the proper power supply for this setup. I also didn't list a case because I already own a used NZXT Phantom 410 with 3 Corsair 120m fans. The case was bought used so it didn't come with the stand offs or screws for the motherboard. Can someone point me to some aftermarket stand offs and screws? And one more thing I wanted some clarification on, the mother board I chose has the ability to use 2600 ddr3 but Intel says that the 4790k only supports 1600, does this mean I'm limited to only 1600 ddr3 memory or can I go all out and get some 2600 ram with no issues?
I really would appreciate some feedback and help on building my first PC. Thank you.

The HDD, get something 1TB+, a 1TB variation of the WD blue'd be better.
I'd also stick some more cash into the CPU cooler, NH-D15, darp rock pro 3 and the cyrorig R1 are all good choices.
The RAM, don't get too caught up in frequencies, the extra expense isn't worth the minimal gains IMO.

Case?

A budget and partpicker link'd make things much easier.

Holy S$&t! Thank you for referring me to that website it made it real easy to set up my PC and get a power usage estimation. I'm surprised that it would only pull about 350w. So I should just get some 1600 ram. I also didn't list a case because I already own a used NZXT Phantom 410 with 3 Corsair 120m fans. The case was bought used so it didn't come with the stand offs or screws for the motherboard. Can someone point me to some aftermarket stand offs and screws?
