Not if you intend to play games on it, the GPU is very weak.
Weak parts all round If you intent to use it for gaming ect.. Just as a regular desktop PC for Internet browsing & watching videos with some mainstream 2d games Its good. I would add an SSD for a boot drive & ditch win 8 for win 7 (unless you want touch screen stuff) Have a look at Logans build guides for a system or give us your budget & tell us a bit about what you need it to do & we will help you get the wright parts that will suit?
