First PC Build $1500 Tower Budget

Hey, Just looking for some help here with choising parts for my build.  I have a list of parts that on paper look good for me but wanting some extra help to make sure they are the right ones.  I am a heavy world of warcraft gamer, In game i raid alot and perfer highest grapics possible for my price point.  I would be doing some streaming and video editing.  I would also use the computer for Computer adided drafting for my engineering classes program like solid works.  I do plan on overclocking the CPU.  I will be running two 23" monitors.  For my mouse I will use a Razer Naga Epic and for my Keyboard a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate.  Lastly for a headset I will be using a Logitech G430.  For an operating system I plan on using WINDOWS 8 (64-bit of course). Now for the build, I will include links to newegg for each part.

I recomend you get a cheaper, lower power modular PSU, go with something like a H60i for cooling and use the rest for an 120Gig SSD

i made a few changes to the build here is a more updated link

You're spending money in the wrong places.

That PSU is way too large, and incredibly overpriced. Your storage is low-end, your CPU cooler is overpriced, your case is 90% plastic, and your RAM isn't worth the money at all.

Better RAM, better CPU cooler, better PSU, better HDD, and better case.

The RAM is simply a higher quality DIMM, lower profile, and cheaper.

The Phanteks beats the H100i, and is cheaper; great choice - I have one and couldn't be happier. Look how happy I am. LOOK.

The Corsair AXi series of PSUs may be built very well, but you only need 500W for this system when you're overclocked, max. The Lepa G650 is, for all intensive purposes, just as efficient, and much closer to what you actually need in terms of wattage. I would go for a smaller, but thu price of the Lepa G650 is hard to beat.

The Baraccuda HDDs have a 30% failure rate; the SV35.5 series is simply more reliable.

Lastly, the R4 is much better built than the Phantom; it is almost entirely cold rolled steel, and is just gorgeous, for a great price.

I picked the psu i did beause i plan on adding a second 770.  I also did update the build with a new hard drive and a lower psu, in addition i do agree with the ram you had.  I have been reading up on the h100i and i like it, i have seen alot of positives with it.  I am not set on the case though, not sure what case i want for sure.

Save yourself the money and get a Phanteks! There are no benefits to a CLC in your situation.

Alse, 650W is plenty for Haswell + 2x overclocked 770s.

I ended up doing some extrea research and agree on the case.  I changed the cpu heatsink.  i changed the power supply sliglhtly but would perfer haveing the extra power so i could possibley use it it in a future build.  here is the updated link

The cooler you are choosing will do little to no overclocking. The Antec Aio coolers are terrible when it comes to keeping overclocked cpu's cool. I would say go with what brennan said and go for the phanteks. He has his 3770k Oc to 4.6ghz with the same cooler and with only 1 fan. You can add 3 on that cooler to increase its performance. If want a cheaper option you could go with a hyper 212 and that would even cool better than the antec 620.

I would like to go with a contained water cooling system for the cpu heatsink.  Do you guys really thing all these other options are that bad for overclocking? It just seems you are both set on this phanteks
