First Hackintosh Build (Sub €3,000 Budget)

So my friend has finally decided to retire his Core 2 Quad Mac Pro after year of faithful service for his job as a graphics designer and since he has recently upgraded to CS6 it is no longer cutting the mustard.

For his new machine he wishes to get a Hackintosh instead so not only it will give him value for his money but he wishes to dual boot it with Windows to use for gaming as well, because as he has said many times in the past, trying to play games on a Mac is like trying to shave with a bowling pin.
Most cases he is forced to play a lot of games on his laptop since half of his games are not supported on Mac.

I am more than glad to do this build for him but this would be my first Hackintosh build so I'm kind of nervous and need advise on what to do.

The company he works for are paying half of it so he has a budget of €3,000 in all so here are the components we've selected for the build so far:

CPU - i7 4930K - €507.86:

And Shipping to Ireland is €11.99 so that's a total of €2,786.09 on components.

Don't worry about the case size, I've done my research and the GPU will defiantly fit.
But I will need to know how to install a Mac OS and what is the best way to obtain a copy etc.

Seems a very nice build, that Intel 6 core hyperthreaded CPU will sure be fast!

I don't know a lot regarding Hackintosh's, however many people have told my Gigabyte motherboards are the way to go for this kind of project.

In most cases yes but I did some research and the Asus board I picked there is 100% compatible so that's less to worry about

Maybe dump the 2133 mhz ram and get slower (1600 mhz ) but with better timings , as in some programs it's better to have better timings , in some others it's better to have higher speed.

You still have a bit of cash , so maybe go with the h80 ( thiker rad ) and noctua fans .

And if you really want the computer to scream , and he needs the best performance , maybe go dual 780 and corsair rm 850 / 1000 ?

If you don't want what I said above , just go with your build , it looks amazing.

Yea was thinking of switching to a 1866MHz kit that is 9-9-9-24 clock latency, still overkill but the idea is that he won't need to change out any parts for years to come.

The system is going to be ran at stock speed and given how small the case is the h80 is completely unnecessary however I was thinking about replacing the corsair fan with a Noctua but honeslty I don't know if having it that quiet is that important for him.

I think a SLI configuration is going to be more hassle than it's worth that's why I went with one single powerful card plus there may seem to be a good bit left of the budget but he'll still need to buy a copy of Windows which will cost him €85 to €100 and pay me for assemble and installing it which is another €100.
