my first build im ordering parts most likely tomorrow just looking for a little feed back since i have researched about every part down to its core... and all this fits what i need all the benchmarks of the components look nice and im really happy to do this for the first time. oh and please dont try to fan boy on this post about intel or APUs.

CPU: FX-6300

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x4 8gb 1600

Motherboard: Asrock 970 extreme3

Graphics Card: Sapphire 7870 xt with boost

Case: Raidmax Viper

PSU: Corsair cx600m

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 500 gb 7200rpm

OS: Windows 7 home premium 64 bit

Hey, what's wrong with APU's!?

I'm not recommending anywho.

The build looks solid. Personally, I'd up the mobo to an ASUS M5A97 for OC purposes, but there isn't anything wrong with the 970 Extreme3. Again, looks like a good build.

oh its not that i dont like APUs just had an argument on another site with an APU fanboy and it got a little annoying i would get an APU just doesnt fit the bill for what i want in this rig

yeah i dont really plan on overclocking for a while when i feel like getting more performance and get a watercooling system or something. thanks for the recomendation though
