Can you not fit dual NH-D15s on that board? That'd be pretty fucking badass. Or you could get an enthoo pro M and go with dual 360mm AIOs (no joke, that'd fit, a 240 and a 360'd fit in the luxe though).

I'm trying to avoid watercooling this system - it's going to be used in a relatively cold room anyway so the gains from doing so aren't quite as great as they would be in a warmer room.

I will probably put NH-D15s on it however - thanks for the suggestion!
