First gaming PC build/$800

i have an idea for $800 gaming rig.im mostly looking for upgradeabilty and longevity. i mostly game and web surf

games i like to play/try Skyrim,Metro,Tomb raider,BF3,Tropico,AOM,(just about any kinds of RTS sim or war) and every ounce in a while i play a few roms on an emulator. further down the road i would like to OC water cool.   let me know what you think about the build parts.

this build is over a hundred dollars more expensive than mine and dosent seam as good.what made you pick the parts?

That yours doesn't have a CPU...
