First gaming PC! All parts bought on Black Friday

Here's a brief specs list. Check my PCPP page for prices and more info (I wrote a pretty detailed description on my parts rationale and other things).

I'll be using this computer mostly for gaming, modeling, schoolwork (research, papers, etc.) and programming for robotics (LabVIEW and RobotC) and for fun.

CPU: Intel i5-4440  Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-DS2V  RAM: 1x Team 8GB DDR3-1600  GPU: MSI GTX 760 OC  Case: Silverstone PS08B  PSU: EVGA 500B 500W 80+ Bronze

looks great.

Thanks! I really need to clean up those cables though. Can't close either side panel atm. :(

Nice! Might I interest you in some Zip ties?

Non modular PSU's are always just a blast when it comes to cable management (heavy sarcasm).

Have fun with that!

monoprice is amazing

I bought like 10 packs of these a couple years ago, and now I never run out.

Nice but that SSD *cringes* be very careful with it.

Sweet! I wish I would have looked at monoprice. I bought a pack of 100 from Lowes for around $2. 4" zip ties have many applications.

See my pcpp page for my cringe story. *sigh*

Grabbed a ton of zip ties and Velcro ties for free cuz I'm in my school's robotics team :)

nice.

On my build, I easily used 25+ zip ties.
