I wouldn't change too much, it looks solid. About the only things I'd change are the RAM and CPU cooler.
You can save a few bucks by going with the Corsair Vengeance 8GB kit
Historically, I haven't been found of low-end coolers because they don't cool any better than a higher end air cooler and usually cost more, but at $50, it's hard to complain. I'm also partial to air because they are quieter.
I agree with that. I actually bought the 8g of ram for 32 bucks. SO lucky me haha. So what cooler should i purchase? in your history or just go air? Because i have heard air helps only a little when oc your cpu.

Also do you think with my psu i could xfire?
Really depends on the quality of the power supply. You can crossfire a pair of 7870's with some CPU overclocking.
As far as aircooling goes, I have the original Dark Knight cooler from Xigmatek, and I can push my 2500k to 4.6GHz, though I'm running at 4.5GHz with temps around 66-68c under prime. My cooler isn't even close to best one out there.
I have no problems with the H50 at or less than $50. Liquid cooling is more efficient than air, however, there is only so much head a slim 120mm rad and dissipate, and typically air coolers for around $60 just have physics on their side.
The Zalman CNPS14X is a great affordable 1155 cooler. It's also very silent.
