First Gaming Build Need Advice

Like the title says.  This is my first gaming build I would like to keep the price around 1000.  I would like to play games like Day Z, Chivalry and newer games coming out like Titanfall.  I would also like to be able to play at high settings if possible with the pricetag.  The final thing I would like it to have a future proof computer and will not need to upgrade for at least a couple of years.  Also I never overclocked a computer but if you have tips on making my computer better with it please tell me, I'm trying to learn everything I can before shelling out my money.

Do you need a monitor, mouse keyboard?

No I just need the PC.  I forgot to include that.  How much extra would it take to be able to play single player games on Ultra and multiplayer games on high both running 60 fps?

I run almost the exact same setup in in the two links, i can max out almost every game i throw at it so far, i play Day z mod and standalone a lot, the engines for those games are mostly cpu intensive, so the 8 core helps ive noticed. i also play battlefield 4 mutliplayer maxed out without too much stuttering.

Awesome.  Should I overclock the cpu?

I havent just yet, i dont find it necessary just yet, Although saying that, with a decent cooler you could get it to 8350 speeds no problem

Both builds should be fine.  Keep in mind that the R9 280X is massively overpriced if in stock.

The 8320 along with the 770 is a good build.

I have the money for the 8350 should I just upgrade or will it not matter?

good build... don't bother upgrading... it's just a clock speed difference and as previously stated, you can overclock the 8320 to EASILY reach and surpass the clock speed of an 8350...
