I was looking to build my first gaming pc instead of buying a next gen console as I will need a new computer anyway due to the fact I am taking A-level computing next year.

Do you think this rig is good for a sub £600 build?
Thanks :)
Looks decent enough mate, only thing I can really pick on is the seagate hdd (in terms of reliabilty).
Your chosen build should give you many days of gaming.
Do you have any recommendations on any cheap, good HDD's? :P
In short, yeah. This is pretty spot on.
I would recommend replacing the CX Corsair unit with an XFX 550W Bronze PSU. The XFX is a cheaper, and higher quality. Sufficient power for any future GPUs you might consider.
You could invest in a better CPU cooler, if you want to overclock the FX6300 to its full potential.
I prefer Gigabyte and ASUS AMD motherboards over MSI motherboards.
And Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 64mb can be found for the same price as the Barracuda.
Think I might keep the power supply, but do do know of any mobo's in the same price range to recommend?
